Parties/get-togethers are not allowed UNLESS agreed upon. Please message me prior to your booking.
Extra guest fee of $30 per person per night applies for reservations of 11 guests or more up to the maximum occupancy.
UNREGISTERED GUESTS are not allowed without prior permission, even if they are just visiting. Our insurance is strict, and so is the city.
All illegal activities will not be tolerated. Please smoke outside and discard any butts outside.
Please clean up after yourself, an additional $200 cleaning fee will be applied to your reservation if our cleaning staff is unable to turn-over the house in time for the next guest.
No refunds will be permitted regarding Mother Nature, or our wonderful California blackouts.

We had a great time at Robb’s place! Loved the historic charm, and it was roomy enough for our group of 14. The house had many useful amenities and the kids loved the pool and game room. Robb was a great host, he left detailed instructions and responded quickly. We would definitely stay again!

This home was beautiful with many historic touches as well as some very nice upgrades to kitchen and baths. There was plenty of room. The A/C worked great! The driveway had room for several cars. We enjoyed our stay in this safe and garden filled neighborhood. Communication was prompt and clear with Robb. He was understanding with a last minute addition to the number of people in our group. We really look forward to staying here again when we are in the area.

Thanks Robb, the home was everything we needed. Plenty of space for our large family and the pool was so well utilized by the kids. the game room upstairs gave them an incredible space to be kids away from the adults who mainly congregate in the large kitchen around many meals. location is great for exploring Historic Redlands. staying in an historic home was a plus

This place was perfect for several families with children. There’s lots of room and separate spaces to congregate so nobody felt crowded. There were a variety of indoor and outdoor games to play like pool, foozball, darts, chess. The outdoor spaces give lots of distance from the street and neighbors. It’s walking distance to the university train station and we took that into neighboring cities. And there’s a great pool stocked with toys to cool off in the summer.

We had a fantastic stay! We were here for a soccer playoff tournament. Plenty of space for 4 families. The host was incredibly accommodating and responsive. Would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay.
