PRE CHECK-IN REQUIREMENT: All adult guests must accept/join the reservation (Full names/emails) through Airbnb within 24 hours of confirmed booking (Airbnb instructions will be sent)"
Parties/get-togethers are not allowed UNLESS agreed upon. Please message me prior to your booking.
Extra guest fee of $30 per person per night applies for reservations of 11 guests or more up to the maximum occupancy.
UNREGISTERED GUESTS are not allowed without prior permission, even if they are just visiting. Our insurance is strict, and so is the city.
All illegal activities will not be tolerated. Please smoke outside and discard any butts outside.
Please clean up after yourself, an additional $200 cleaning fee will be applied to your reservation if our cleaning staff is unable to turn-over the house in time for the next guest.
No refunds will be permitted regarding Mother Nature, or our wonderful California blackouts.
You understand that you are responsible for paying any fees that are associated with breaking the housing terms above.
