Summit Ski Haus – Steps from the Bike Park This family friendly condo is just a 3-minute walk to Snow Summit Resort and a short drive to the lake, hiking trails, and village shops. Whether you're visiting for a weekend getaway to the bike park or an extended stay, this tastefully remodeled space has all the modern amenities and comforts you would expect at home. Your host is responsive to your questions and ready to help with tips, suggestions to make your stay memorable and enjoyable.

This condo is just steps from the front door to chairlift #4 at the resort. This 2 bedroom 2 bath condo can comfortably accommodate a family or group of 5 with room to spare. The interior has been revamped with modern appliances and clean lines that will please many tastes. You'll appreciate the front entrance with a built in bench and space to hang and store all your gear. The open concept living area has an electric fireplace insert for ease of operation and a comfy couch to lounge around or watch movies on our TV that has access to popular streaming services. A sit down eating area is adjacent to the galley style kitchen that has been updated with modern appliances and plenty of storage for your grocery haul. A private patio is also available for storing winter equipment in the winter or enjoying the outdoors in the summertime. Up the stairs you'll find two spacious bedrooms each with TV's and access to streaming services. The main bedroom has a king size bed and includes an ensuite bath with tub/shower combo and the second bedroom has 2 queen size bunk beds (yes! that's four queen size beds!) and the second bath, also with a tub/shower combo. is adjacent to this room. Your confirmed reservation will include all the details regarding your check-in, an online house guide and other important information that you can use to plan your trip. Because this location is so close to the resort where parking is a premium, a parking pass will be provided for one vehicle at the property. Details are in our check-in guide.

Other Details to Note

Be sure to check the arrival guide portion of your reservation for important information on directions and parking at Escape Condos. Parking pass is needed and must be obtained at the front office between the hours of 9 am - 5 pm daily. If you arrive outside these hours, contact host for instructions. Early check-in / late check-out requests are based on availability and billed at $25/hour.

House Rules

Big Bear Lake requires that guest signs the city's Good Neighbor Policy. Upon a confirmed reservation the host will send you a copy via email for review and electronic signature. This must be completed before check-in. Quiet hours are from 10:00pm to 7am daily. This is a Big Bear Lake municipal code. Additionally, no noise shall be heard coming from the cabin when standing on the property line at any time of the day. These noise ordinances are strictly enforced and can result in fines to the guest by the city if violated. No firearms/firearms use is permitted on the property or in the residence. This includes BB or pellet style guns. The cleaning fee covers washing and changing of bed linens and towels, vacuuming, washing floors, bathroom toilets, tubs and showers, wiping out the refrigerator, microwave and oven, dusting furniture, light fixture, artwork and blinds. Anything above and beyond this will be considered excess cleaning. Early check-in or late check-out will be granted based on availability and not guaranteed. Requests must be made a minimum of 24hrs prior to your check-in and a $25 fee will apply for each (up to $50) and billed to your Airbnb account. Availability is based on whether guests are checking in or out on the same day and our cleaning crew schedule. We have set up our place for the best experience, but occasionally things do go wrong. Please reach out and let us know as soon as possible if something is not working, you need help operating an appliance, or any damage occurs. We would always rather hear about it immediately in order for a chance to remedy the situation rather than hear about it in the review.

No complaints here. Robb was very communicative with our last minute request for early checkin. He even let us get into the property a bit sooner than expected. The place is very close to the slopes, very close to a ski in ski out. Overall a very pleasant, easy stay.

This place is amazing! It looks just like the pictures and is exceptionally clean. The beds are very comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again.

Casa encantadora, acogedora y muy bien equipada! Nos sentimos como en casa! Todo limpio, ordenado y muy cómoda con nuestros hijos. A tan solo 3 min a pie de las pistas de esquiar, 10 min en coche del centro de ciudad y muy linda zona.

This was our second stay and we were still super happy to be there! Excellent location for walking to the lifts. We even went out twice in one day to see what night skiing was all about. The condo has everything we needed and we'd highly recommend this to others looking to stay near the foot of Snow Summit.

We stayed here as part of a club retreat, and it was such a great experience! The place was very cozy, clean, and comfortable—perfect for a group to relax and spend time together. There was plenty of space for everyone, and the common areas made it easy for us to hang out and bond. The home had everything we needed for the weekend, and it truly felt like a home away from home. The location was convenient, and the overall atmosphere was calm and welcoming. We had an amazing time and made so many great memories here. I would definitely recommend this place for group trips or retreats!

Absolutely loved this place! It looked exactly like the pictures, super clean, cozy, and very well maintained. The vibe was warm and comfortable, making it feel like a perfect getaway. The location was also great, close to many of the amenities Big Bear has to offer. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.
