We stayed from Sunday thru Weds at the chalet, originally were only staying til Tuesday however we felt we needed one more day which was available so we jumped on it. The place is cozy, the kitchen is so cute completely functional. We grilled and enjoyed the hot tub which was ready on arrival. We got up to big bear a little earlier then 3 pm check in and Rob was able to accommodate an early check in for an additional 25$. The home is centrally located you can walk to coffee shop across st which is also super cute! It’s a short drive to the village where we enjoyed lots of different places to eat and get desserts! We were lucky to have gotten snow a few days before our trip also we were ecstatic!!! We lit a fire every night, heater works great because ya girl doesn’t do well in the freezing! The bathroom- the toilet seat is heated has a sensor with the light at night and the heat turns on when ur in there! Definitely a plus!! It’s a perfect size for family of 4 adults!

Beautiful home. Very quiet and nice neighborhood. House was very warm, even though it was cold outside. Would definitely stay here again. Also liked how there was a gate to get into the driveway. Felt very safe

I could write a long review of how much I loved staying here but I know people don’t have the time. Im extremely particular about cleanliness and convenience. I usually prefer a hotel, but this was way better! I’ll give you key points everyone looks for in a 5 star experience!!! - clean and modern appliances - clean and new bathroom! - comfortable and very fresh smelling bed and linen. Feels like sleeping in your own bed - LOCATION x3 anything and everything you need is close by. - free shuttle to slope just across the Main Street! - outdoor patio not cold at all with the heater to help. - living room is very comfortable and clean - smells fresh and not old/dusty like other cabins - amazingly kind and responsive hosts. I am planning to book this beautiful getaway again in the spring. Cant wait to go to the lake and hopefully get the chance to book here again! Thank you!

We stayed here over Christmas and it was truly magical. It snowed! The hiking trails nearby, and the quiet street made it perfect. I’m a clean freak, and this cabin exceeded my standards. Spotless throughout, well heated with heaters in every room, and a great backyard for our dog. The host was extremely responsive. I’ll cherish the memories made here. We already miss it.

Really beautiful home! Absolutely loved the kitchen, fireplace, and jacuzzi!! We also loved that it was walking distance from a coffee shop (across the street). Perfect cozy stay and close to everything. The host responded instantly to any questions and comments. Would definitely stay again!
