Other Details to Note

The pool was just resurfaced and a heater is being researched but as of yet there is no spa feature available. A full pool Child Safety Fence is available and can be installed if requested before your arrival. This has a self-closing lockable gate for safety. If you would like this fence installed for your stay, there is an extra $125 setup fee that will be added to your reservation upon request. The fence is not removable by guests and must remain in place for the duration of your stay. The pool area is surrounded by a chain link fence but the Child Safety Fence brings peace of mind for those little ones.

Only guests listed in this reservation are allowed to be at the property at any time, even if they are not spending the night. All unlisted guests must be approved by the host or co-host in advance. No exceptions Pool Rules: 1. Pool is for registered guests only. No other persons are allowed. 2. There is no lifeguard on duty and all guests swim at their own risk. 3. Children under the age of 14 are not allowed in or around the pool without the presence and supervision of an adult 18 years or older. 4. No food in the pool 5. No Glass in the pool or on the pool deck 6. No Running 7. No Diving 8. Guests shall not make any adjustments or changes to pool equipment or plumbing.

My family and I loved this rental! The home is organized well and very roomy (two living rooms), which was great for our family vacation. The house is a single story, and the bedrooms are tucked away at one end of the house, so those waking up early and making breakfast won’t disturb those sleeping in. The neighborhood is very quiet and there are wonderful views from the pool area. We did a lot of cooking during our stay and found the kitchen amply supplied and easy to work around. The beds were very comfortable - we had people of all ranging ages (from 80 to 11), and everyone slept well. The home was very clean, supplied with every detail you could desire, and very comfortable. Finally, the host, Robb, was lovely and responsive - he went above and beyond to help us with questions and requests - and drove the trash cans down the driveway so we didn’t need to manage trash. We highly recommend this lovely home - it’s easy to see a lot of love and care has gone into this rental.

Robb was super helpful and responded to every question withing minutes it seemed. This place not just met expectations, but so far exceeded them. the pictures on the listing do not do it enough justice. The back yard view and fire pit are the perfect combination for winding down for the day. Bedrooms are spacious and comfortable, and living rooms had plenty of hang out seating. I am definitely saving this as a favorite for get aways. The house and host were the perfect combination.
