This spacious home offers many creature comforts located in a desirable bedroom community central to many San Diego attractions. We want you to feel at home and enjoy everything this home has to offer, especially the backyard which can feel like a resort, because it's spacious and has multiple zones for relaxation. Entrance : The driveway offers space for three cars. A front courtyard has a small seating area and there is gate access on both sides of the house. Downstairs : Enter through the covered front door and to the left of the hallway is the lounge. The lounge has two comfy sofas and an electric log fireplace. Adjacent is the dining room with french doors and a patio slider offering lots of light with multiple views. The formal dining table seats (6). The kitchen is fully equipped and boasts a million dollar view from the garden window. Breakfast bar can seat (2) or six at the island. Adjacent to the nook is the family room, relax on one of the two reclining leather couches, Samsung smart TV, Netflix and Amazon Prime ready. Air conditioning unit is located in the family room, along with two ceiling fans. Off of the family room is the powder room and opposite a laundry room inclusive of washer dryer and sink. Upstairs : One flight leads you to the master bedroom, comfy king bed, make up vanity, a closet, chest of draws and bedside nightstands available for your use. A door opens onto a balcony with seating for two and offers spectacular views for early morning coffee or sunsets watching the balloons come in and land in the not too far distance. The en suite has a walk in shower, direct ventilation and double vanity. A toilet is opposite the shower. The landing leads to two bedrooms, office, a bathroom and linen closet. Bathroom has a double vanity, shower, and bath tub. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed and ample closet space, a picture window overlooks the cul-de-sac. Bedroom 3 has two twin beds and a shared view of the canyon and adjacent home. Backyard: Hot Air Balloons can be viewed most summer evenings and circling nearby to Black Mountain often you can view para sailors. Back yard activities include corn hole, ring toss and an array of board games. BBQ facilities and a large table are available for dining el fresco. There are two gazebos both offering comfy sofa seating and one gas powered firepit. Excellent space for star gazing.
