Please read through the following before committing to a reservation for this property. Your acknowledgement and promise to adhere to all house rules is accepted with a confirmed reservation on this platform. Our short term license allows for a maximum of 6 persons at this property. Only those listed on the reservation have permission to be on the premises at any given time whether staying overnight or not. Any exceptions must be cleared with the host with a minimum of 24hrs in advance of the reservation. There is space for 3 vehicles in the driveway. The garage has been converted into a gameroom and cannot be used for vehicles. Please do not attempt to open the large garage door. It has been disabled and locked. During the warmer months, it is advised to open the interior door to the home to allow the A/C cooled air to reach the garage. Please close the door when not in use. The artificial turf in the back yard can get during the day when exposed to the sun. Please wear appropriate footwear and be aware of this to prevent injury. There are several locked cabinets and storage areas throughout the interior of the home and exterior. Please do not attempt to open these storage containers/closets.
