Please clean the BBQ after use to prevent local wildlife from unwelcome visits. Outdoor patio furniture covers can be used at night to keep the moisture off the cushions so they are dry in the morning. Big Bear Lake does not service trash for short term rentals. There are two free trash disposal sights that are available for guest use. The closest one to the property is located just down the main road at 39690 Big Bear Blvd, Big Bear Lake, CA 92315. All short-term rental guests are required to dispose of trash upon check-out at this disposal site. If you do not prefer to remove trash, a $25 fee will cover trash removal and billed to your Airbnb account.
