Welcome to Bear Paws Cabin. Take a moment to paws and relax your bear feet at this spacious but cozy home. It boasts an excellent indoor & outdoor entertainment space, fully equipped kitchen, full laundry room & spacious bedrooms. The property is surrounded by tall pine trees with an extra large fully fenced back yard with a hot tub to enjoy the mountain air. Centrally located to all that Big Bear Lake has to offer, Bear Paws Cabin is the perfect place for your family to enjoy & make memories.

This bedroom is large enough to serve as a retreat from the rest of the cabin and also has direct access to the back deck. Two additional bedrooms: one with a king bed, and the other with two twin size beds are both spacious with plenty of closet space and drawers for all your belongings. The guest bathroom, which has a shower tub, is located between the two additional bedrooms. No need to bring any towels or bedding as we provide bed and bath linens as well as limited toiletries like shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and a hair dryer in each bathroom. The kitchen is fully stocked with new appliances including a gas stove, dishwasher, microwave, french door refrigerator with ice maker, coffee maker, pots, pans, and all the dish and bake ware for your stay. Two dining areas combined can easily seat 8 people. The great room boasts an oversized, comfortable wrap around couch with chaise lounge to hangout and enjoy the wood stove fireplace and/or watch on a smart TV. Enjoy the spacious and fully fenced backyard with an outdoor dining table and seating area, gas grill, and 6 person hot tub to enjoy evenings under the stars. We are always striving to improve our guests’ experience and we are confident that you will enjoy your stay! Other Details to Note

All short term rental guests are required to agree and sign the Big Bear Lake Good neighbor policy. This will be made available for you to sign electronically upon confirmation of your reservation. No pets are permitted due to health concerns of owner's family member. If a pet is discovered on the premises, guest will be evicted without refund and incur cost of deep cleaning fee ($280) plus damages. Early check-in / check-out requests are available based on availability and are billed at $25/ hour. Please ask host for availability. Our general rule is to treat our home the same way you would like your home to be treated. We have put a lot of thought, work, and investment into making your time here comfortable, memorable, and fun and we hope you come back often!

House Rules

Guest capacity at any time during reservation period is not to exceed 8 persons and 3 vehicles. Parking on driveway only. No parties or events to be held on premises No pets No Smoking inside house Parking is allowed on the driveway only. Quiet hours are from 10:00pm to 7am daily. This is a Big Bear Lake / San Bernardino County municipal code. Additionally, no noise shall be heard coming from the cabin when standing on the property line at any time of the day. These noise ordinances are strictly enforced and can result in fines to the guest by the city if violated.

Neighborhood

Our property is conveniently located in a residential neighborhood adjacent to businesses. The street in front is close to a main thoroughfare for easy and quick access to shopping and area attractions. Walking out to the back yard you will notice a forest like setting with many mature pine trees and unusually large useable space for activities or relaxing under the sun or stars.

Guest Access

Our guests at Bear Paws Cabin have full access to the entire property with the exception of the backyard shed, pantry, and garage. Parking is permitted on the driveway for up to a maximum of 3 vehicles. Please do not park on any of the areas off the main driveway. Doing so may result in being cited and/or towed at the vehicle owner's expense. Streets must be clear during the winter season for snow removal and street parking is prohibited. We do provide snow clearing service if there is a snow event on the day of your check in. Please keep in mind that it may be up to 24hrs for snow removal to get to the property as they are serving multiple properties. We will provide guests with a snow shovel for snow removal if you need it cleared sooner.

Hi, we were a pretty big family and we got comfortably. The house was clean and everything we needed was there. It was close to the village and by the trash drop off areas. Would stay again!

We had a great stay at Robb’s place for our ski trip. The place was extremely clean and well maintained, which made us feel comfortable right away. The kitchen was also very well stocked; it had all the cookware, pots and pans, and even basic seasonings, which made it really easy for us to cook meals together. The location is another big plus. It’s very close to Snow Summit and also just a short drive to the downtown area. Overall, a great stay! We would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful stay! The home was very clean, well maintained, and fully stocked with everything we needed. The location was very convenient. Close to grocery stores, gas stations, and the snow tubing area we visited. My family loved the backyard hot tub and the beds were very comfortable. Check in and checkout were also very easy. perfect snow getaway! loved the feel of the cabin. the driveway and walkway up to the house had been shoveled for us, as well as the walkway out to the jacuzzi in the back. loved the provided snacks (my kids did too) and the hot cocoa. very thoughtful. we will stay here again!

We loved this cabin! Huge fenced in yard surrounded by trees, big comfortable couch, big kitchen with plenty of seating and great location. The hot tub in the snow was just the cherry on top. Would love to come back and stay here again!

Cute cabin in a convenient location! This was the perfect spot for our group. The space is cozy and well appointed. We particularly enjoyed the grill and the hot tub.

One of the great aspects of the location of this property is the proximity to area attractions. Both resorts are minutes away by car. Snow Summit is witihin walking distance and in the wintertime, you can catch the shuttle to both resorts right across the street.
